Leaderboard & Community

A little friendly competition never hurt anyone.

We think hosting your node should be fun too. Here’s how it works:

Every city has its own leaderboard showing the Top 100 nodes.

How it works:

Nodes are ranked by their Performance Index (PI) - the same calculation that determines your earnings. No voting, no popularity contest, nothing to game. Better performance = bigger contribution to the network = more earnings + higher rank.

We won’t share earnings publicly, but you can bet the nodes at the top are both best performers and highest earners.

When multiple nodes have identical PI scores, they’re randomly distributed within that rank range.

Example: If three nodes each have a PI score of 92.135 for the week and land in positions 4, 5, and 6, they’ll randomly shuffle between those spots daily.

What you see on the leaderboard:

  • Operator’s User ID
  • Earned Badges
  • Performance trend (month over month)
  • Device category (Gaming PC, Raspberry Pi, Mini PC, etc.)
  • Capabilities (CDN, AI Inference, General Compute)
  • Average uptime (last 30 days)
  • Today’s requests
  • Total requests last month

Sorting & Filtering:

Sort by: Uptime, Today’s Requests, Month-over-Month Requests, All-Time Requests, Device Class, ISP

Filter by: ISP, Device Class, Capabilities

Why it matters (beyond the fun):

This isn’t just for bragging rights. You can use it to answer questions like:

  • Which ISP is fastest in your city?
  • Who actually delivers the speed you pay for?
  • What hardware performs best for AI inference?
  • Which ISPs have the most outages?
  • If you’re upgrading hardware, what gives the best ROI as an edge node?

User ID & Profile

Section titled “User ID & Profile”

Every Node Operator gets a public User ID and can build a community profile.

Your User ID shows on the public leaderboard. Your full Community Profile is only visible to logged-in Node Operators — not random visitors.

Your public profile includes:

  • Selected avatar
  • Earned badges
  • Network Join Date + Founding Operator Designation (first 100 node operators in each city)
  • Discourse/Discord handle (optional)

Your Operator Summary:

  • Highest ranking achieved
  • Combined requests for today
  • Combined requests last month
  • Month-over-Month change (combined)
  • All-Time Requests (combined)

Note: The leaderboard ranks individual nodes. Your summary reflects your combined activity across all nodes.

Your Nodes

Per node:

  • PI Score
  • Last Month’s Rank + Trend
  • Uptime (30d)
  • Capabilities (CDN, AI Inference, General Compute)
  • PI Score Breakdown + Final PI Score
  • 90-day PI Trend

Hardware & Connectivity

Section titled “Hardware & Connectivity”
  • Device name
  • OS Build
  • CPU / RAM / GPU
  • Storage allocation + type (SSD, NVMe, HDD)
  • ISP + Contracted Plan
  • Actual Up / Down speeds
  • POP

This data auto-syncs from the node agent. Some variables are customizable (e.g., contracted ISP plan speed, Device Type).

Uptime

Section titled “Uptime”
  • 90-day uptime charts
  • Outage reports (ISP, Power vs. arbitrary outages)
  • Uptime streak counter

Requests

Section titled “Requests”
  • Today / Last Month / All-Time
  • MoM Trend
  • Base Tier + Payout Multiplier
  • Effective Rate (earnings not displayed)

Your home server or lab gets its own profile. Upload up to 8 photos of your hardware or screenshots of your software setup.
